I Feel So Angry
Dec 07, 2002

Hello, I am 36 years old and have had three miscarriages in two years. The first miscarriage was at 9 weeks, then at 12.5 weeks. Our most recent loss was a week and a half ago at our 18 week routine ultrasound. The radiologist informed my husband and I that the baby died at 16.5 weeks. We had no idea. We are devasted, but healing. I feel so empty and I miss my baby. We thought that we were in the "safe" zone since we had made it past the first trimester. The doctors are testing the cells from the amniotic fluid. We will definately start trying again soon. I feel so angry and feel like that anger is going to be the driving force to carry and have a healthy baby. However, I think it will be challenging to not worry for nine months. My heart goes out to every woman who has lost a baby and/or child.
