I Need Some Information

I'm 35 years old pregant with triplets. I'm at week 23 and just found out last Tuesday that one of our babies has passed away. I'm still carrying all three of them. I'm having a hard time finding information on the risk to me and the other two babies with the one fetus being gone. Has anyone been thru this or knows where I can find more information?
