Time
Time...is it our enemy or our friend?
When we need more, it cannot be found.
When we have too much, we don't know what to do with it.
They say time heals, but it also causes memories to fade.
Photos make time stand still, yet life moves on with time.
When things are out of control, we wish the future would hurry.
But when we get to that future, we look back and wish we were still back in the moment.
We never seem satisfied with time.
We try to forget the bad times and hold on to the good times with all our might.
Time continues to push us forward whether we want to go or not.
Sometimes pieces of us are left behind in a moment in time.
Will we ever be whole again?
Only time will tell.
