Tears of Sorrow

Tears spring forth.
They come from nowhere.
My heart is cold.
I am cut off from the world.
A moment ago I felt fine.
How quickly I can crash. Sorrow overcomes me.
I am alone in my world of pain.
Pain filled memories bring tears of sorrow.
I need to gather more of joy.
I have an overabundance of sorrow.
I need to gather more of joy.
As time moves on sorrow will be less.
I will find memories poignant and sweet.
I an straining to see the future's sunrise
And the sun will set on so much pain.
Hard, sad days will still come to me.
They will gentle given tim.
Someday i will move past the pain.
And in that day I will find peace,
I will accept and I will survive.
