Tomorrow Never Comes

Tomorrow Never Comes
LindaC

Four months are almost here
And still I count the days.
Time passes so swiftly
Yet memories of then linger.

Thirty years have passed so quickly.
If only we could have had more time.
Time was an enemy in your life.
You always thought you'd have tomorrow.

Sometimes tomorrow never comes.
We don't get the chance to tell those we love how we feel.
Words need to be spoken while there is still time.
We know not what tomorrow may bring.

It is what is in our hearts we need to share
Speak to those that we hold dear.
Don't be afraid to say how you feel.
We don't know what those we love need to hear.

Three simple words, simply spoken
Carry so much meaning and weight.
We need to say I love you
Before we find it is too late.

There comes a day when tomorrow doesn't come.
