I Am Praying

I have had 3 miscarriages within 2 years. I am pregnant again and in my eigth week. Unfortunately despite all my precaistions and check ups, I am spotting again.
I have read that this can happen....I am praying that it is my baby settling in to come and and stay with us in 7 months.
Is it possible that I may not be mc this time. I saw a mucus like substance come from me 2X today it looked like a thin membrane...Can someone please advise ? I am scared...I don't want to lose a 4th baby after 9 years.
