We Will Always Miss You
Oct 20, 2002

On October 11, 2002 after a week of spotting and two ultrasounds we lost our baby to a m/c. The shock didn't set in until the following day after the anesthesia and d/c and my world was turned upside down. I had asked God to give us direction as to whether our baby would be staying with us and the ultrasound showed that the heartbeat stopped at approximatly 9 weeks and the heavy bleeding began soon thereafter.

I just want to say that we will always miss our precious baby and we are thankful for our two year old daughter. It has been a week and I miss the bathroom breaks, sore breasts and tiredness that told me slow down - baby on board.

You will always be in our heart Baby Welch. I have put your ultrasound pictures in a safe place - you were always real to me.

Love Mom!
