Did God Punish Me?

Hello to all,
I just had a miscarriage wednesday and I guess I'm fine with it, but I just can't help to wonder maybe God punished me because in the past I got abortions two as a matter of fact and when I was finally ready to have this baby I lost it. I know I shouldn't think like that but.... I just can't help it, I want to have kids now but I'm just afraid it might happen again and I don't think I could handle it again, this lost really hurt I didn't think it would this much.
